Business Description
We are a small farm which is focused on a diverse array of produce, eggs, homemade granola, and goat milks soap. This season we are offering a 30 share CSA, will be attending the Hamilton and Clinton Farmers Markets, and servicing an onsight farm stand!
We are committed to you. Our goal is to provide you with the best quality organically grown, freshly harvested, wholesome produce. We are committed to diversity, which means that you (the share holder) will be exposed to many different types of vegetables, many of them heirloom varieties, some familiar, some not so familiar. Diversity in our crops ensures that we will be able to provide a hearty share each week in the event that one or more crops should not pan out. It also ensures our commitment to maintaining our agricultural heritage by keeping heirloom seed varieties growing so that future generations may enjoy the same fresh veggies our ancestors enjoyed and we enjoy today. Our dedication is also to the environment. We pledge to never use any synthetic petroleum based pesticides, herbicides, or insecticides or anything else that is not approved USDA organic. Our intent is not just to use the land, but improve the land by using sustainable farming practices, making certain that we are doing our part to improve our environment.
Purchasing your 20 week share will provide you the peace of mind that the food you are consuming is produced using the highest standards and that the money you are investing will be staying in your community. You will be taking a step towards creating a more sustainable food system that will benefit all aspects of the community, have a lasting impact on your health, and the health of the environment that we all share.
